FAQs & Course Dates
We know how important it is to feel prepared! So here are some handy details to enable you to come ready for a great day of training.
On the day:
Clothing: Please wear clothes you feel comfortable in but wouldn’t mind dropping a little tint or glue on! Please come with hair neatly tied back and any jewellery which may get damaged or limit your practice, removed.
Food/Drinks: We have a fridge where you may store food and several great shops and cafés nearby. Please do not have any food or drinks on nail bars or near salon equipment at any time.
Parking: There is plenty of on street free parking and we also have a free car park directly opposite the salon. If this is full, head down Coniston Rd and there is a small free car park on the left.
Mobile phones: You will more than likely have a phone with you at training. However, please keep in your bag and not on your training desk throughout the day.
Models: It is essential that for courses requiring a patch test (such as lash lifting, semi permanent lashes, tinting etc..) your model has been tested a minimum of 24 hours before your course. If this has not happened, you will be unable to complete your training on the day and we cannot be held responsible, so really is essential.
Payments: We have several options for course payments. If you would like to pay for your course via our website, you may choose to pay either a 50% deposit (balance due a week before your course) or click the option to pay in full. Cancellation Policy: We operate a no refund policy on our courses. However, should you be unable to attend your course space and allow us enough time to potentially sell on the space, we will offer you a credit on a further course place with us.
